Simon leads the company’s fire strategy, fire-engineering and complex fire risk assessment work. He supports clients and design teams with evidence-led solutions for new and existing buildings, including projects where standard guidance cannot be applied directly. His experience covers technical reporting, Building Control engagement and work across residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial, heritage and transport environments.

Billy leads the company’s fire detection and alarm-system design, technical verification and project-delivery work. His experience covers specification, commissioning review, installation quality, technical peer review and construction-stage assurance, with a strong focus on carrying design intent through to verification and handover.
