We work with design teams, property owners and contractors to identify risks, document proportionate solutions and support discussions with approving authorities.
02.Fire Risk Assessment
Suitable and sufficient fire risk assessments for complex and occupied premises, including site inspection, review of fire precautions, identification of significant findings and a prioritised action plan. The Alarm Hub holds BAFE SP205 registration for life safety fire risk assessment.
03.Technical Assurance Review
Independent review of fire strategies, alarm designs, specifications and installation evidence at key project stages. We identify gaps early, record clear actions and provide clients with a defensible technical audit trail through design, construction, commissioning and handover.
04.Fire Alarm Design & Project Management
Independent fire detection and alarm consultancy from concept and detailed design through installation oversight, commissioning co-ordination and handover. Services include system design and specification, independent design verification, technical review, project management and documentation. Credentials include BAFE SP203-1 registration for design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire detection and alarm systems, SSAIB certification, and corporate membership of the FIA and FPA.
